Job summary

EVEREVE is seeking a part-time Lead Stylist to ensure every customer receives the EVEREVE Styling Experience in-store. You will lead by example, maintain a warm presence on the floor, and connect with customers using the HEART values of Humility, Empathy, Authenticity, Relationships and Tenacity.

You will also support daily operations, manage on-floor styling, and help drive sales toward store goals. This role emphasizes fashion credibility and a growth mindset, in a friendly team environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to ensure every customer receives the EVEREVE Styling Experience.
• Work 15 hours per week and deliver the HEART Styling Experience.
• Be present on the floor, exuding warmth and positive energy while guiding customers.
• Ring employee purchases accurately within policy and support daily store operations.
• Collaborate with leaders and peers to deliver strong HEART styling experiences for all customers.
• Assist leadership with daily operations, inventory management, and visual standards.
• Drive sales and contribute to store goals.
