Job summary

EVEREVE inspires women to move forward in their fashion so that they feel fully alive. As a Full-Time Stylist you will lead by example to ensure our customers receive the EVEREVE Styling Experience every time they shop in our stores.

You make sure that ALL customers are seen and connected with. Our store mantra is “WE WILL MISS NO ONE!” We love fashion and people, driving strong on-floor presence, coaching teammates, and upholding merchandising and daily operations with a focus on HEART values.

Qualifications

• Warm, friendly demeanor and the ability to make work fun.
• Fashion-forward and up-to-date with contemporary brands and trends.
• Growth mindset and coachability to find solutions.
• High emotional intelligence and ability to influence others.
• Embodies the EVEREVE brand and serves as a brand advocate.
• Retail or leadership experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Act and lead through our HEART values (humility, empathy, authenticity, relationships, tenacity).
• Assist recruiting to build a talent team aligned with HEART culture.
• Maintain strong on-floor presence and stay connected with customers.
• Lead by example and follow standards set by the Store Manager.
• When management is absent, support coaching of the styling floor and team.
• Support daily store operations, inventory management, and merchandising standards.
• Drive sales as a key performer on the floor.
• Lead a Division of Responsibility based on volume group.
