Job Title: Store Manager Trainee

As a Store Manager Trainee, you will undergo comprehensive training on all aspects of successfully managing a store, preparing you to operate your own store independently. Your responsibilities will include supervising daily store activities, ensuring overall store performance, staffing, scheduling, developing operational plans, and mentoring team members.

Position Details

• Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 45 hours/week
• Starting Wage: $28.50/hour
• Potential Year 1 Earnings: Up to $95,500 (including salary and bonuses; varies by location)

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate company values and professional skills (M.A.P.)
• Supervise daily store operations and team performance

• Handle customer concerns and ensure resolution
• Maintain store signage, product quality, and freshness
• Assist in hiring and interviewing candidates
• Prepare and manage weekly staff schedules

• Conduct team meetings and performance evaluations
• Manage payroll, budgets, and store loss prevention
• Monitor local competition and recommend adjustments

Physical & Job Requirements

Must be able to lift up to 45 pounds, stock merchandise, and perform physical tasks required for store operations. Ability to work with or without reasonable accommodations.

Travel Requirements
