As a Store Manager Trainee, you will undergo comprehensive training on all aspects of successfully managing a store, preparing you to operate your own store independently. Your responsibilities will include supervising daily store activities, ensuring overall store performance, staffing, scheduling, developing operational plans, and mentoring team members.
Must be able to lift up to 45 pounds, stock merchandise, and perform physical tasks required for store operations. Ability to work with or without reasonable accommodations.
Training at multiple locations may be required within divisional travel guidelines.
