Job Title: Store Manager Trainee

As a Store Manager Trainee, you will learn all aspects of successfully managing a store in preparation for running your own. Your responsibilities include supervising daily store activities, ensuring overall performance, staffing, scheduling, and developing operational plans while mentoring your team.

Position Details

• Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 48-50 hours/week
• Starting Wage: $26.50/hour
• Potential Year 1 Earnings: Up to $98,000 (including salary and bonus)

*Estimate varies by location.

Note: Full-time trainees may need to travel within a 50-mile radius of Opelika, AL.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations and team performance to ensure excellent customer service.
• Communicate and embody company values to foster teamwork.
• Handle customer concerns and resolve issues appropriately.
• Maintain store signage, product quality, and freshness.
• Assist with hiring, interviewing, and staffing schedules.
• Set clear job responsibilities and conduct store meetings.
• Identify training needs and conduct performance evaluations.
• Manage payroll, budgets, and store inventory.
• Ensure safety and maintain store equipment.
• Oversee merchandising and stock levels.
• Adhere to company policies and confidentiality standards.

Physical Demands

Qualifications

• Must be 18 or older.

Education & Experience
