Job Overview

As a Store Manager Trainee, you’ll train on all aspects of successfully running a store in preparation for managing your own store. Responsibilities include supervising daily store activities, ensuring store performance, staffing, scheduling, developing operational plans, and mentoring the team.

Position Details

• Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 45 hours/week
• Starting Wage: $30.25/hour
• Potential Year 1 Earnings: Up to $113,000 (salary + bonus)

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Physical and Job Requirements

• Ability to stock merchandise, lift up to 45 pounds, and perform store duties.
