Job summary

Storage Asset Management in Nogales, AZ is seeking a Store Manager who will be a sales and customer service expert. You will convert inquiries into rentals, lead tours, and ensure a clean, well-presented facility.

You will participate in marketing efforts, build local networks, mentor assistants, and manage rent collections and records. A High School diploma and driver's license are required; experienced in retail or operations is a plus.

You'll proactively recommend and execute marketing strategies based on competitor insights and seasonal trends. Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you must have:
