Job summary

Ace Retail Group in the United States is seeking a Floor Supervisor to assist with managing store operations and to assume primary responsibility in the absence of the General Manager and Assistant Managers.

The Floor Supervisor will help direct staff to achieve company goals, provide customer service, manage inventory and merchandising, and support training and loss prevention efforts to maintain a safe, efficient store environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and manuals.
• Strong math and data interpretation skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours.
• Effective verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and resolve issues.
• Supervise store operations in the absence of the General Manager and Assistant Manager.
• Assist with opening/closing procedures and daily store tasks.
• Support loss prevention, safety, and internal audits.
• Maintain cleanliness and merchandising throughout the store.
