Responsibilities

• Customer Service: project a positive representation of Westlake Ace Hardware.
• Proactively assist customers in solving problems and greet them in-store.
• Supervise store operations and assist in managing staff in the absence of management.
• Ensure calls and pages are answered promptly and handle customer complaints.
• Maintain product knowledge, store layout, pricing accuracy and merchandising.
• Open and close the store; oversee cash handling and training.
