ALDI in Springfield, MO is hiring a Full-Time Store Associate to assist customers, stock shelves, and process transactions. You’ll work with the team to maintain attractive displays and ensure efficient curbside pickups, while upholding store standards and safety policies.

The role offers starting pay of $18.50 per hour with scheduled increases over five years and averages 30+ hours per week. Prior retail experience is preferred, but not required, with opportunities for benefits and advancement.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old with high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Experience in a retail environment preferred.

Responsabilités

• Merchandise and stock product on shelves according to planograms.
• Operate the POS system to scan purchases and handle cash.
• Assist with curbside pickup orders and ensure timely delivery to customers.
• Maintain cleanliness and store standards; adhere to safety policies.
• Contribute to loss prevention and inventory procedures.
