Job summary

ALDI USA is seeking a store associate to support merchandising, stocking, cashiering and cleaning to keep the store looking its best. You’ll enhance the customer shopping experience by collaborating with the ALDI team and delivering exceptional service.

In this full-time role, average 30+ hours per week, starting wage $18.50 per hour with annual increases to $19.00, $19.50, and $20.50. You’ll work on the sales floor, operate POS, stock shelves, and assist with curbside orders while upholding

Qualifications

• Prompt and courteous customer service required.
• Ability to operate store equipment such as POS, cash registers, pallet jacks, and handheld devices.
• Ability to interpret ALDI policies and procedures.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic arithmetic and attention to detail with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise and stock products to planograms.
• Process customer purchases using the POS system and ensure accuracy.
• Maintain clean, organized shelves and displays.
• Assist with curbside pickup orders and ensure timely delivery to customers.
• Support management in achieving loss-prevention goals and safety standards.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
