Job summary

ALDI USA is seeking a full-time Store Associate in Hutchinson, KS. You will merchandise and stock products, cashier, and keep the store clean to deliver a superior shopping experience.

You’ll work with the ALDI team to assist customers, follow storefront policies, and maintain safety standards throughout the shift. Starting wage is $18.00 per hour with planned increases to $18.50, $19.00, and up to $20.00 over the next five years.

Qualifications

• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Ability to operate store equipment such as cash registers and POS system.
• Ability to follow instructions and pay attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with merchandise and stocking, ensuring shelves are neat and compliant with planograms.
• Process purchases accurately using the POS system and handle cash according to policies.
• Perform general cleaning and maintain a safe, organized store environment.
