Job summary

ALDI in Fenton, MI is seeking a Full-Time Store Associate to assist with merchandising, stocking, cashiering and cleaning to keep the store looking its best. You will enhance the customer shopping experience by working collaboratively with the ALDI team and providing exceptional customer service.

Starting wage is $17.50 per hour with planned increases to $18.00, $18.50, and $19.50 over time. Average hours are 30+ per week, with opportunities to grow within the store.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Ability to operate store equipment and follow policies.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise and stock product to planograms.
• Cashier duties and operation of POS system.
• Open additional check lanes as needed for efficiency.
• Assist with curbside pickup and order accuracy.
• Maintain store cleanliness and inventory procedures.
• Adhere to safety and ergonomic guidelines.
