This full-time position offers competitive wages and benefits with wage progression in years two through five. The successful candidate will operate POS systems, adhere to cash policies, restock shelves, and assist curbside orders.

Qualifications

• Prompt and courteous customer service required.
• Ability to operate store equipment (cash registers, floor scrubber, pallet jacks, handheld devices).
• Ability to follow ALDI policies and procedures.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic arithmetic skills (add/subtract/multiply/divide).
• Ability to work independently or with others.
• Ability to organize and complete tasks within deadlines.
• Reliable attendance and availability commitment.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly customer service and resolve issues with management escalation.
• Inform management of loss due to damaged products.
• Use POS system to scan purchases and address scanning issues.
• Adhere to cash policies.
• Open additional lanes to improve checkout efficiency.
• Stock shelves and displays following planograms to maximize sales.
• Complete curbside pickup orders accurately and timely.
• Maintain zone and merchandising standards at all times.
• Support management in achieving efficiency and loss reduction.
• Follow safety policies and maintain equipment.
• Adhere to inventory procedures.
• Perform general cleaning tasks.
