Starting wage is $19.50 per hour with wage increases in Years 2–5. This full-time role offers competitive wages and benefits including retirement plans and health coverage.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Models and follows customer service principles and escalates when needed.
• Reports loss due to outdated or damaged products.
• Uses the POS system to scan items and process purchases accurately.
• Adheres to cash policies and procedures.
• Open additional checkout lanes as needed for efficiency.
• Stocks shelves and displays neatly per merchandising planograms.
