Position Details

• Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours/week
• Starting Wage: $17.50/hour
• Wage Increases: Year 2 - $18.00, Year 3 - $18.50, Year 4 - $18.50, Year 5 - $19.50

Responsibilities

• Merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and cleaning to maintain store appearance
• Enhance customer experience through excellent service
• Collaborate with team and communicate with management
• Assist with inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy
• Follow cash handling policies to prevent losses
• Adhere to company policies, ensuring security and confidentiality
• Perform other duties as assigned

Physical Demands

• Stocking merchandise, lifting up to 45 pounds, and performing physical tasks
• Ability to sit, stand, bend, reach, push, pull, and walk in the store

Qualifications

• Must be 18 or older
• Customer service skills and cash register operation
• Ability to operate equipment safely
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to organize, follow instructions, and multitask
• State requirements for handling alcohol (if applicable)

Education & Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Retail experience preferred
