Position Details

• Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours/week
• Starting Wage: $17.50/hour
• Wage Increases: Year 2 - $18.00 | Year 3 - $18.50 | Year 4 - $18.50 | Year 5 - $19.50

Responsibilities

• Merchandising, stocking, cashiering, cleaning, and maintaining store appearance
• Providing exceptional customer service and assisting shoppers
• Collaborating with team members and communicating with management
• Participating in inventory counts and monitoring stock levels
• Following cash handling policies and safeguarding company data
• Performing other duties as assigned

Physical Demands

• Stocking merchandise, lifting up to 45 pounds, and performing physical tasks
• Ability to sit, stand, bend, reach, push, pull, and walk regularly

Qualifications

• Must be 18 or older
• Customer service skills and cash register operation
• Ability to operate equipment safely
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to interpret policies and procedures
• Meet state and local requirements for handling alcohol, if applicable

Education & Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Retail experience preferred
