• Answer call lights and follow each resident's Plan of Care.
• Conduct rounds and monitor hydration and vital signs as directed.
• Provide meals or assist with feeding and menu completion.
• Assist with restorative nursing and activities/therapy programs.
• Report unusual observations to a nurse and maintain safety procedures.
• Document care and observations in the system as required.
