Responsibilities

• Seat guests according to the floor plan to ensure proper rotation for servers.
• Maintain and confirm guest reservation lists and bookings via daily calls.
• Answer phone calls and input reservations into the computer system.
• Collaborate with food service attendants and servers to ensure a seamless dining experience.
• Adhere to the 4 Key Elements of Service Delivery and SERVE standards; perform other duties as needed.
