We are looking to bring in a full time staff coach with experience in a club competitive environment. Director role possible dependent on experience and administrative/curriculum development background. Potential to work with teams in the Elite Academy League (boys), NPL (boys), Girls Academy / GA Aspire, and/or Development Player League Flexible start date, desired on or before July 1st, 2025. Essential Functions - Head Coach 2-4 teams with Chicago Empire FC. Boys and/or Girls.
- Design and execute training sessions that align with age based curriculum and desired CEFC Methodology.
- Conduct team/player meetings and evaluations including Player Development Plans.
- Coordinate and manage game schedules
- Utilize and implement technology within learning environment. Veo, Beyond Pulse, Google Sheets (Google Suite of products).
- Additional responsibilities can and will be assigned based on candidate qualifications and possible director role.

Requirements:
- USSF Licensure (or currently pursuing)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Administrative knowledge and experience in club soccer operating systems.
- Ability to work productively in a collaborative environment to advance the goals of Chicago Empire FC
- Ability to hold traditional work hours. *Office hours during the week as well as evening and weekend hours on the field
