Job summary

Functional Pathways in Yuma, AZ is seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist to join our therapy team at the Arizona State Veterans' Home. The role includes conducting screenings, evaluations, re-evaluations, discharge planning, and updating plans of care under physician supervision.

The ideal candidate holds a Master's in Speech-Language Pathology, is licensed, and demonstrates strong organizational, time management, and communication skills to support residents’ rehabilitation goals.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Certification and licensure requirements as established by state and national board associations.
• Active state license required.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Possess current working knowledge of Functional Pathways policies and procedures, clinical programs with application skills to therapy disciplines.
• Completion of all required screenings, certifications, and licensure. Screening requirements may vary by location.

Responsibilities

• Conduct screenings, evaluations, re-evaluations, discharge planning, and revisions in any established plan of care as supervised by the physician.
