Job summary

Functional Pathways is hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for AZ Veteran Home Yuma in Yuma, AZ. You will implement the plan of care established by the OT/OTR and physician, delivering quality care in a state-owned facility.

Eligibility requires an Associate degree in OTA, active state licensure, and compliance with applicable screenings and licensure. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is available to eligible direct applicants.
