The successful candidate will teach a range of undergraduate Computer Science and Information Science courses, including introductory computing, programming, computer science sequence courses, Python, database design, web programming, systems, networking/cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, machine learning, and other emerging technologies. Teaching responsibilities may also include courses that contribute to the College’s general education curriculum. The position requires a strong commitment to community college teaching, student-centered pedagogy, student advising, curriculum development, assessment of student learning and program outcomes, transfer preparation, and workforce-responsive program growth. The successful candidate will be expected to teach across multiple instructional modalities, including in-person, online, and hybrid formats. **Minimum Qualifications*** Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Cybersecurity, or a closely related field, including a minimum of 18 graduate credit hours in computer science or a directly related discipline.* Demonstrated professional and/or academic preparation in artificial intelligence, machine learning, data science, or applied AI is required.
