Lifetime of Love Nannies is hiring a compassionate Child Care Nanny in Bellevue, WA to support children with Autism and ADHD. You will provide attentive care, implement routines, and collaborate with families to promote daily development and well-being.

Role involves therapy-based activities, sensory play, and regular progress updates to parents. The position emphasizes patience, inclusivity, and a nurturing approach to each child’s needs.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children with Autism, ADHD or other developmental needs.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Familiarity with ABA therapy, sensory processing strategies, or IEP support is a strong plus.
• Patient, nurturing demeanor with a genuine passion for special needs care.
• Strong communication and collaboration with parents and care teams.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, individualized care for children with Autism, ADHD, and other special needs.
• Implement structured routines and behavioral strategies to support daily development.
• Assist with therapy-based activities, sensory play, and educational exercises.
• Communicate regularly with parents and caregivers regarding child progress and daily activities.
• Manage challenging behaviors with patience, empathy, and positive reinforcement techniques.
• Support children with daily living skills including meals, hygiene, and transitions.
• Coordinate and accompany children to appointments, therapies, or extracurricular activities as needed.
