Edu-Aids is seeking a dedicated Intervention Specialist to join our Cincinnati, OH team immediately. The role focuses on developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with disabilities and delivering direct instruction in one-on-one, small group, and whole-class settings.

You will adapt curricula to diverse learning styles, collaborate with teachers, support staff, parents, and take part in ongoing professional development while maintaining accurate IEP records

Responsibilities

Develop and implement IEPs for students with special needs.
Provide direct instruction in various settings (one-on-one, small group, whole class).
Adapt curriculum to students' learning styles.
Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to ensure student success.
Monitor and assess progress; adjust instruction as needed.
Maintain records of student performance and IEP compliance.
Participate in professional development and training as required.
Promote a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
