Job summary

Securitas is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented SOC Operator to support daily security operations at our client's site in Framingham, MA. You will monitor security systems, respond to alarms and incidents, and help maintain a safe environment.

The role requires comfort with technology, clear communication, and the ability to stay calm in a fast-paced setting. Schedule includes overnights on Sundays through Thursdays, with a hybrid arrangement for occasional lobby officer duties.

Qualifications

• Experience in a SOC, command center, dispatch, or security-related role preferred.
• Familiarity with CCTV, access control, alarm monitoring, or incident management systems is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to follow established procedures and communicate information accurately.
• Professionalism and a strong commitment to safety and security.

Responsibilities

• Monitor CCTV cameras, alarm systems, access control systems, and other security technologies.
• Monitor security alerts and respond to incidents in accordance with established procedures.
• Receive, assess, and communicate alarms, emergencies, and other security-related events to the appropriate personnel.
• Accurately document incidents, security activities, and responses in daily logs and incident reports.
• Monitor access control activity and identify and report unauthorized access or suspicious activity.
• Communicate with security officers, site leadership, emergency responders, and other departments as needed.
• Follow established protocols for emergency situations, incident escalation, and response.
• Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information and security-related communications.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support site security operations.

Securitas is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Security Operations Center (SOC) Operator to support daily security operations at our client's site. In this role, you will monitor security systems, respond to alarms and incidents, and help maintain a safe and secure environment. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with technology, communicates effectively, and can remain calm and focused in a fast-paced environment.

Pay Rate: $22.40/hour

Location: Framingham, MA

Schedule(s):

Schedule 1 (SOC Operator): Sunday through Thursday OVERNIGHTS, 12:00 am - 8:00 am (40 hours)

Schedule 2 (SOC Operator / Lobby Officer): Sunday through Thursday OVERNIGHTS, 12:00 am - 8:00 am (4o hours)*

*This is a hybrid position, with Sun/Wed/Thurs shifts working as a Lobby Officer, Mon/Tues as SOC Operator

Key Responsibilities
