Relient Health in Newport, VT is seeking a full-time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for a Skilled Nursing Facility. You will evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, swallowing, and cognitive-communication disorders, and develop individualized treatment plans in a collaborative rehab team.

This role offers a competitive hourly rate of $40–$45, full benefits, PTO, and potential sign-on or relocation assistance.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate from an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program.
• Current VT SLP license (or eligibility).
• CCC-SLP preferred, but CFs may be considered when supervision is available.
• Strong interpersonal and documentation skills.

Aufgaben

• Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, swallowing, and cognitive-communication disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Document patient progress using EMR systems.
• Collaborate with PTs, OTs, nurses, and physicians to deliver coordinated care.
• Educate patients, families, and staff on treatment goals and progress.
