Job summary

HV Talent Group seeks a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist for a full-time in Ada, Oklahoma, to evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, and swallowing disorders across diverse populations. Responsibilities include comprehensive assessments, developing plans, and delivering evidence-based interventions.

The role requires a Master’s in SLP, state licensure, and BLS within 60 days; in addition, prior SLP experience is preferred.

Qualifications

Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program is required.
Current licensure through the State Board of Speech-Language Pathology & Audiology is required.
BLS certification within 60 days of hire is required.
Prior experience as an SLP is preferred.

Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat speech, language, and swallowing disorders across diverse populations.
Perform comprehensive patient assessments.
Develop individualized plans of care.
Implement evidence-based interventions with patients and families.
Document and communicate patient progress.
Adjust treatment plans based on progress.
Provide education and counseling to support outcomes.
Assist with discharge planning.
Supervise clinical fellows, students, and support personnel.
