Job summary

Premier Therapy in Olean, NY is seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our therapy team. You will evaluate and treat speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders, and develop individualized treatment plans.

Licensure in NY or eligibility, CCC-SLP as applicable, and SNF/long-term care experience preferred. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and a $3,000 sign-on bonus for eligible full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program.
• Current SLP license or eligibility for licensure in the state of practice.
• CCC-SLP credential as applicable.
• SNF/long-term care experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and functional goals.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment as appropriate.
• Educate patients, families, caregivers, and team members.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team and complete required documentation.
