Qualifications

• 1 year of certified security experience.
• Must have an unarmed security license with the State of Washington (DOL).
• Valid driver’s license.
• Excellent communication and strong organizational skills.
• Flexible availability including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Patrol all areas of the buildings and exterior perimeters.
• Greet employees, guests and customers as the ambassador for the client.
• Respond to incidents on-site and emergencies on alarms.
• Perform fire extinguisher and safety equipment inspections.
• Complete incident reports and maintain security logs.
