The role involves guarding multiple client sites with the ability to work at various locations, performing access control, patrols, and surveillance to protect people and property. The ideal candidate will have 18+ years of age, a valid driver’s license, a high school diploma or GED, and good communication skills.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record required.
• High school diploma or GED, or ability to complete GED within 6 months.
• Previous security experience preferred.
• Basic computer/tech skills and customer service background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct access control at security entrances/exits.
• Perform patrols inside and outside client premises in various weather conditions.
• Resolve conflicts and de-escalate situations.
• Interact with client employees and guests regularly.
• Identify and report safety issues or suspicious activity.
• Protect evidence or scene of incidents during accidents or security investigations.
• Set up barriers, signage, and provide directions as needed.
• Carry out additional tasks of similar scope as assigned at sites.
