Job summary

Securitas USA is seeking a Security Officer to protect people, property, and assets at the Vancouver, WA site. The role includes patrolling, monitoring systems, controlling access, and responding to emergencies to maintain a safe environment.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Above average computer/technology skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular patrols of premises to identify potential security risks.
• Monitor surveillance cameras, alarm systems, and security equipment.
• Control building access by verifying identification and managing visitor logs.
• Respond promptly to alarms, disturbances, emergencies, and security incidents.
• Enforce security protocols and company rules for premises, personnel, and visitors.
• Inspect doors, windows, gates, and security equipment to prevent unauthorized access.
• Investigate suspicious activities and security breaches.
