Job summary

Crothall Healthcare is hiring a Shuttle Driver at Hendrick Medical Center North in Abilene, TX. You will provide transportation and friendly customer service to passengers in a van/shuttle within a designated area.

Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–4:30 pm. Prior driving experience and a clean driving record are required. This role supports the hospital’s transportation services and ensures reliable, courteous patient and staff transport.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and safe operation of company vehicles.
• 1-2 years of relevant customer service or driving experience.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to multi-task and adjust to changes quickly.

Responsibilities

• Safely transports passengers along designated routes as arranged by schedule or dispatch.
• Reviews and submits vehicle work tickets when required.
• Cleans vehicles daily and performs basic maintenance functions (fills gas, adds fluids, etc.) as needed.
• Responds to emergency needs as dictated by road conditions, vehicle situations, traffic conditions or environmental situations.
• Provides overall support and customer service to all facets of the operation.
• Provides feedback to management on how services may be improved.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
