Job summary

Crothall Healthcare, a Compass Group company, is hiring a Shuttle Driver in Abilene, TX to provide safe passenger transportation within a client facility. The role involves professional interaction with passengers, maintaining vehicle cleanliness, and routine duties to support operations.

The full‑time position runs Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm with a pay rate of $15.00 per hour. Prior driving experience and a clean driving record are required; benefits are available for full‑time

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• 1–2 years relevant customer service or driving experience.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to multi-task and adjust to changes quickly.

Responsibilities

• Safely transports passengers along designated routes as arranged by schedule or dispatch.
• Reviews and submits vehicle work tickets when required.
• Cleans vehicles daily and performs basic maintenance functions (fills gas, adds fluids, etc.).
• Responds to emergency needs as dictated by road conditions, vehicle situations, traffic conditions or environmental situations.
• Provides overall support and customer service to all facets of the operation.
• Provides feedback to management on how services may be improved.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• We are hiring immediately for a full time SHUTTLE DRIVER position.
• Location: Hendrick Medical Center North - 1900 Pine Street, Abilene, TX 79601. Note: online applications accepted only.

Job Summary

Summary: This individual will provide transportation services to passengers by driving a van/shuttle within a designated area for a client. They will be expected to professionally interact and communicate with all passengers while providing exceptional customer service.
