Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Carry out designated services in the shelter and monitor the activity of residents and visitors to ensure program policies and safety are maintained.
• Provide residents with supplies as needed.
• Answer telephone calls in a professional manner and assist callers.
• Supervise and secure all building areas.
• Respond quickly and appropriately to crisis situations to safeguard participants.
• Accurately complete required program documentation, including program logs, statistics tracking sheets, incident reports, and work orders.
