Job summary

Challenge Unlimited, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Shelf Store Worker 1 at Scott Air Force Base Commissary in Illinois.

You will support the operations team by stocking shelves, rotating inventory, maintaining displays, cleaning aisles, and ensuring safety and customer service standards. The role requires the ability to lift up to 75 lbs, willingness to work Thursday through Monday evenings, and a commitment to helping individuals with disabilities succeed in a supportive retail environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Past work experience in any field.
• Experience in inventory, shipping & handling, or warehouse helpful.
• Requires attention to detail and data entry skills.

Responsibilities

• Shelf stocking: stock, rotate, and straighten merchandise for sale.
• Maintain display areas to keep neat, full, and salable appearance.
• Assist with inventory management and merchandising responsibilities.
• Promote a culture aligned with the company mission and ensure safety, quality, and customer service.
