Job summary

Challenge Unlimited, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Janitor at the Scott Air Force Base Commissary in Illinois. The position runs Tuesday through Saturday from 7:00 pm until finish, with pay at $17.75 per hour. Veterans are welcome to apply and will be strongly considered.

Responsibilities include janitorial duties across the Scott AFB Commissary, cleaning bathrooms, restocking supplies, and ensuring safe operation of equipment. A background check is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Past work experience in any field; inventory/shipping/warehouse experience helpful.
• Must pass criminal background check and state/federal registry checks.

Responsibilities

• Perform janitorial duties at Scott Air Force Base Commissary.
• Clean, sanitize and restock bathrooms and related areas.
• Vacuum, sweep, mop floors and stairs; empty trash and recycling.
• Clean aisles, dust and wipe surfaces; maintain clean office areas.
• Operate equipment safely and contribute to teamwork by helping coworkers.
• Maintain safety, quality and customer service in daily tasks.
