Qualifications

• Receives payment from customers for service and parts transactions.
• Greets customers at the cashier window in a pleasant and professional manner.
• Reconciles cash drawer daily.
• Refers customers with questions about work performed to the service advisor.
• Handles customer complaints with integrity and poise.

Responsibilities

• Receives cash, checks and credit card payments from customers; records amount received.
• Provides clerical and secretarial assistance to parts and service departments.
• Maintains and files repair orders, parts invoices, rental forms; lists missing documents.
• Closes all open invoices and assists with telephone coverage.
• Keeps work area neat and clean and performs other duties as assigned.
