True Connection Communities at Verena at Gilbert in Gilbert, AZ is seeking a Full-Time Server to provide an outstanding dining experience for residents and guests. You will greet diners, take orders, relay requests to kitchen staff, and ensure timely delivery of food and beverages with attentive service.

The role emphasizes hospitality, teamwork, and problem solving to maintain a smooth dining flow. Candidates should have a high school diploma (GED preferred) and prior food service experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous food service experience preferred.
• Excellent listening skills and detail oriented.
• Able to ask appropriate questions to deliver the best service possible.
• Experience in hospitality, healthcare or service environment preferred.
• Ability to lift and/or move objects up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greets customers.
• Takes food and drink orders from customers and answers questions about menu items.
• Relays customers’ orders to other kitchen staff.
• Serves food and drinks to customers.
• Cleans assigned work areas, such as dining tables or serving counters.
• Stocks service stations, cabinets, and tables.
• Sets tables or prepare foodstations for new customers.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
