Qualifications

• 1+ year serving experience, preferably in high-volume venues.
• Knowledge of wine, spirits, and beer is a plus.
• Cash handling experience preferred.
• Clear and courteous English communication with guests and coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a smile and provide superior customer service.
• Take orders and suggest menu and daily specials.
• Coordinate with the kitchen for meal requirements and allergies.
• Record transactions in MICROS and handle payments.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas and side duties as assigned.
• Ensure tables are set properly and tables are reset between guests.
• Adhere to Omni Moments of Service Standards.
