Job summary

Spectrum Retirement Communities is seeking a friendly Server to join our community restaurant in Libertyville. You will guide residents to tables, present menus, and help select dishes while delivering the high level of service guests expect in a dining room setting.

As a full-time team member, you will participate in opening and closing duties and contribute to a warm, welcoming dining experience for residents and visitors alike.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain a Food Handler’s Card.
• Must be able to work full-time schedule.
• Provide excellent customer service and a friendly demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Direct residents to their tables, present menus, suggest dishes, and assist in drink selection.
• Complete all dining room opening and closing duties as established by the community.
