Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking a server assistant to support servers and maintain a clean, organized dining environment. You will assist with table setup, clearing and resetting tables, refill beverages, and deliver food items to guests.

POSITION SUMMARY:

The server assistant plays a vital role in ensuring seamless service by supporting servers and maintaining a clean organized dining environment. This position is responsible for assisting with table setup, clearing and resetting tables, refilling beverages, and delivering food items.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Ensures dining areas are clean, stocked, and well maintained before, during and after services.
• Upholds all health, safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Maintains a smooth flow of service by clearing, cleaning and resetting tables efficiently.
• Deliver food orders promptly and correctly ensuring proper presentation and accuracy.
• Communicates effectively to ensure timely, accurate and satisfactory service.
• ALL OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED

EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:

• Preferred Degree: High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Certificate(s) or License(s): None
• Years of experience: 0
