Job summary

The Bass Pro Shops at Big Cedar Lodge is seeking a server assistant to support servers and maintain a clean, welcoming dining environment in Ridgedale, MO. You will help with table setup, clearing and resetting tables, refill beverages, and deliver food orders with attention to presentation.

We seek reliable team players who work well in fast-paced settings, communicate clearly, and take pride in cleanliness. Prior experience is not required; a positive attitude and strong work ethic matter most.

POSITION SUMMARY

The server assistant plays a vital role in ensuring seamless service by supporting servers and maintaining a clean organized dining environment. This position is responsible for assisting with table setup, clearing and resetting tables, refilling beverages, and delivering food items.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Ensures dining areas are clean, stocked, and well maintained before, during and after services.
• Upholds all health, safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Maintains a smooth flow of service by clearing, cleaning and resetting tables efficiently.
• Deliver food orders promptly and correctly ensuring proper presentation and accuracy.
• Communicates effectively to ensure timely, accurate and satisfactory service.
• ALL OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED

EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS

• Preferred Degree: High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Certificate(s) or License(s): None
