Job summary

Creative Dining Services is hiring a Full Time Server at Royal Park Place retirement living in Zeeland, MI. You will serve our residents in a relaxed, friendly setting, ensuring timely food delivery and attentive hospitality.

Past serving experience is required and the schedule runs 9am–3pm with weekend availability. Benefits include early pay access, performance bonuses, PTO, and holiday pay; health insurance options including dental/vision or an HSA with company match; a 401(k) or Roth plan

Responsibilities

• Provide professional, courteous table service to residents during meals.
• Assist residents with menu choices and questions about meal offerings.
• Deliver food and beverages accurately and timely while maintaining presentation.
• Collaborate with culinary and dining team to accommodate preferences and dietary requirements.
• Assist with beverage service, refills and other hospitality duties.
• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures and clear tables.
• Support events and community dining functions as assigned.
• Promote hospitality and resident-centered service.

We are looking for friendly and experiencedServers to serve our residents at Royal Park Place in Zeeland, MI. Past experience with serving or waiting tables is required.
Schedule: Varying days, 9am-3pm. Weekend availability required.
Background check, fingerprinting and drug screen required.

• Assist residents with menu choices by answering questions and providing information about meal offerings.
• Deliver food and beverages accurately and in a timely manner while maintaining presentation and quality standards.
• Collaborate with culinary and dining team members to accommodate resident preferences and dietary requirements
• Assist with beverage service, refills, and other hospitality-related duties.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and infection control procedures.
• Clear and reset tables according to community standards.
• Support special events, celebrations, and community dining functions as assigned.
• Promote a culture of hospitality, respect, and resident-centered service.
• Other duties as assigned

Physical Demands/Environment:
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and carry trays with hot liquids. Environment may include hot, humid or cold conditions.
