Job summary

Brooksby Village, part of Erickson Senior Living, is seeking a Driver to transport residents, staff and visitors within our gated retirement community in Peabody, MA. This full-time role runs 11:30am–9:30pm with a rotating schedule.

You will operate non-CDL passenger buses and vans, assist passengers, perform vehicle inspections, and maintain cleanliness and logs. A valid state license and DOT medical certificate are required, with at least three years of driving experience and eligibility to

Qualifications

• Valid State driver’s license; DOT Physical/Medical Examiner’s Certificate required.
• Minimum of 3 years of verifiable driving experience.
• Must be at least 21 years old to drive.
• Experience operating vehicles with wheelchair ramps and lifts.

Responsibilities

• Transport residents, staff, and visitors on scheduled and unscheduled appointments.
• Operate non-CDL passenger buses, vans, and sedans with wheelchair ramps and lifts.
• Assist passengers with boarding and off-boarding from the vehicle.
• Prepare vehicles for usage, including pre- and post-trip inspections and fueling.
• Maintain the cleanliness of vehicles.
• Log and track vehicle usage.
