Job summary

MorningStar Senior Living in Idaho Falls is seeking a full-time caregiver to support residents in an assisted living setting. The role involves assisting with activities of daily living, charting care plans, and fostering a compassionate, respectful environment.

You will work Saturday to Tuesday 6am-2pm; benefits include health, life, 401k, HSA, paid time off, tuition reimbursement, and meal provided on shift. A high school diploma and ability to read/write English are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be able to read and write English.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) to support comfort, safety, and independence.
• Assist in care planning and coordinate with interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care.
• Maintain residents' privacy, dignity, and right to safe, respectful treatment.
• Follow universal precautions and report any changes in resident condition.
