Must be 18+, HS diploma, with driver license; experience with seniors and MS Office preferred. Join a team focused on compassionate care and a supportive, collaborative culture across Oakmont's California communities.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prefer one year of experience coordinating activities with seniors.
• Requires Class C driver license; Class B preferred for transporting residents.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Publisher, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Assist the Memory Care Director by organizing engaging activities for residents.
• Promote resident participation through scheduled events, clubs, and special activities.
• Communicate tactfully with residents, families, visitors, co-workers, and supervisors.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment following established safety standards.
• Able to drive community vehicles and support interdepartmental teamwork.
