MBK Senior Living is seeking a Caregiver for a full-time role in California. The position supports residents with activities of daily living, meals, transportation, and social well-being in a hospitable community.

Schedule is Sunday to Thursday, 6:00am–2:00pm, with competitive pay between $18.00 and $19.00 per hour. The role emphasizes dignity, safety, and high-quality service while providing opportunities for growth and training.

Responsabilités

• Responds to resident needs promptly and kindly while maintaining each resident's independence, self-respect, personal dignity, safety, privacy, and confidentiality.
• At the start of each shift, read and validate understanding of shift reporting, new or updated residents' ISP, and lifestyle surveys.
• Complete all resident assignments as directed in ISP during the work shift.
• Assist residents in Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, hygiene, mealtime activities, bowel and bladder functions, and participation in wellness programming.
• Perform regular resident safety checks; report changes in the resident's condition, including mental status, behavior, skin condition, appetite.
• Aid at mealtimes if needed, with selecting meals, serving, eating, clearing, and delivering room trays.
• Provide safe transport for residents by assisting with transfers into and out of beds and wheelchairs, using proper lifting techniques.
