The position offers full-time hours with a pay range of $19.00-$20.00 per hour, plus a benefits package including medical/dental/vision, vacation, sick pay, and more.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong desire to work with the elderly and care for their needs.
• Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests, including TB tests.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents in Activities of Daily Living as per care plan.
• Respond promptly while maintaining residents' dignity and safety.
• Communicate observed changes in condition to a supervisor.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment following safety standards.
• Encourage teamwork through cooperative interactions with staff.
