Job summary

Comfort Keepers Weatherford is seeking a dependable full-time caregiver to provide one-on-one senior care in the Weatherford area. You will support daily activities, meals, and mobility, while ensuring safety and comfort in the client’s home.

The role offers flexible scheduling, paid training, and a supportive scheduling team. CNA certification is preferred but not required, and a valid driver’s license helps with transportation to appointments.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of professional senior caregiving experience.
• CNA certification preferred but not required.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable vehicle and current auto insurance.
• Ability to lift at least 25 pounds.
• Comfortable working in a home with small dogs.
• Reliable and professional communication for scheduling and updates.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and feeding.
• Providing personal hygiene support and daily routines.
• Offering companionship and engaging conversation.
• Preparing nutritious meals and assisting with meal planning.
• Completing light housekeeping, laundry, and linen changes.
• Providing transportation for appointments and errands when needed.
• Communicating changes in condition to the office and following the Plan of Care.
• Supporting family members with caregiving techniques when needed.
