Job summary

Oakmont Management Group's Ivy Park at Monterey in California is seeking a Care Provider to support residents with daily living activities, promoting independence and quality of life.

Shift: Full-time, 2pm-10pm, Friday through Monday. Pay range: $17.00–$19.00 per hour. We provide comprehensive benefits, ongoing training, and opportunities for growth within a regional network of communities.

Qualifications

• Experience preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Genuine desire to care for the elderly and assist with daily living tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADL) per care plans.
• Respond promptly to residents' needs while protecting dignity and safety.
• Report changes in resident condition to supervisor.
• Maintain a safe, secure environment following safety standards.
• Encourage teamwork and cooperation across departments.
